Jeff Greaham is a dedicated community leader with a long-standing commitment to the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, currently serving as the 2nd State Vice President of the Wyoming State Elks Association for the 2026–2027 fraternal year, alongside extensive local leadership at Powell Elks Lodge #2303, including terms as Exalted Ruler and Trustee. He was recently sworn in as Western Wyoming District Deputy. A lifelong educator, Jeff recently retired after 27 years of service in the public school district, where he spent decades shaping young minds and directing high school theater productions. An active advocate for local youth scholarship programs, community fundraisers, and veterans' affairs, Jeff combines a background in education and community organization with a hands-on approach to local service. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Wyoming and a personal training certification from Northwest College.
