Donation to Niobrara Relief Fund

During the Fall Meeting in Cody, WY, the Wyoming Elks Association collected “fines” to be donated to the Niobrara Relief Fund to assist with the continuing efforts after the flooding earlier this year that destroyed homes, roads and businesses in the county. Shane Green President of the WEA along with his wife, the first lady, Tammy Green and 2nd VP Pat Russell presented a check for $1100 on October 10th, to Pastor Terry Perry, Chair of the Niobrara Recovery Committee, Jackie Bredthauer, Director of the Lusk Chamber of Commerce and Patricia Smith, Mayor of Lusk.
